But actually, they are quite right. Why hang? What if that person is truly sorry? By killing that person in a manner they call barbaric, and I do not disagree, is it going to help anyone? Is it going to help that person? Will hanging one drug trafficker stop all others from trafficking drugs?
But then again, will not hanging one drug trafficker stop others?
But well, the issue here is the death penalty, hanging, which other countries call barbaric. I don't know how many call it barbaric, but I do think it's barbaric. I mean... isn't it barbaric? Waiting 6 minutes in agony until you die?
Barbaric, barbaric, barbaric. But it's not up to me anyway.
But then again, by the course of action this website takes, of banning a whole country, isn't going to get the whole of Parliament thinking. They're not exactly what I'd call the world's greatest thinkers.
